Deb Miller is a seasoned real estate executive, developer, and strategic advisor with more than two decades of experience shaping the Colorado real estate landscape. As Founder and CEO of Bloom Group LLC, she is building a modern, women-led commercial real estate firm designed to bring institutional-level insight, strategic execution, and a fresh perspective to an industry ready for change.

Deb advises investors, developers, and business owners on the acquisition, development, and repositioning of commercial real estate assets across Colorado. Her expertise spans multifamily, office, industrial, and development sites, with an understanding of how capital, land use, and market dynamics intersect to drive long-term value.

Her perspective is defined by a rare combination of brokerage, ownership, and development experience. Deb owned and operated a real estate brokerage for more than 20 years, served as a managing partner in a general contracting firm, and co-owned a residential development company focused on urban infill projects. This hands-on background allows her to evaluate opportunities through the full lifecycle of an investment—from acquisition and entitlement through construction, repositioning, and exit. 

Prior to real estate, Deb built a distinguished career in technology and telecommunications, where she held senior leadership roles in business development, marketing, and strategic partnerships. Recognized in the top 1% of sales professionals nationally, she led market expansion strategies, structured high-impact partnerships, and contributed to capital formation and revenue growth across both Fortune 100 companies and emerging ventures. 

Deb’s approach is grounded in disciplined underwriting, market intelligence, and execution. She understands that commercial real estate does not operate in isolation—successful investments require alignment between economic development, infrastructure, policy, and community growth. Her ongoing involvement in legislative policy efforts reflects her commitment to shaping not just individual transactions, but the broader future of Colorado’s built environment.

She is known for her sharp negotiation skills, sophisticated marketing strategies, and ability to translate complex market dynamics into clear, actionable investment strategies.
