Earlier in her career, Hannah held leadership roles within a multi-state real estate portfolio, partnering closely with acquisitions and finance teams on underwriting, capital planning, and asset repositioning. She consistently drove performance above projections—delivering NOI growth through disciplined expense management and revenue optimization—while supporting investment decisions with detailed financial analysis and market insight.
